Zendaya Maree Stoermer Coleman, better known by the mononym, Zendaya, is currently one of the rising names in Hollywood. And this was further cemented by her recent slew of award wins, including the Critics Choice Awards. Meanwhile, it is also worth mentioning that she is also an avid sports aficionado. A recent video saw Zendaya channeling her inner Mike Tyson as she playfully showcased her boxing skills.

Zendaya came to prominence with her role as Rocky Blue in the series Shake It Up. She further anchored her position on the pedestals of Hollywood with her impeccable performance in multiple projects, with the most notable being the Spiderman series and Euphoria. She is also currently in a relationship with Spiderman actor, Tom Holland. From a child star to the awards stage, she has surely come a long way.

A recent video showed Zendaya showcasing her punches on a set of balloons. She was seen throwing a few impressive right jabs. And also exhibiting rather intriguing footwork. This session however had a rather comical conclusion after she accidentally ended up dropping a flower vase while punching and in turn making a mess.

It should be mentioned that Zendaya was previously an athlete. However, she later opted against choosing it as a career.

Zendaya has been notable over the years for her spectacular performances both in movies and in series. In fact, 2023 started on a high note for her, as a slew of awards came knocking at her door.

The 26-year-old star was recently awarded the Critics Choice Awards for the ‘Best Actress in a Drama Series’. Notably, she received the award for playing Rue Bennett in the series ‘Euphoria’. However, she was not in attendance at the event. It should also be mentioned that she recently even received her first Golden Globe Award. But could not make it to the event due to prior work commitments.
