Former five-division champion Floyd Mayweather is one of the few boxers who has managed to replicate his in-ring success outside the sport. ‘Money’ is currently the richest boxer in the world, boasting career earnings of over a billion dollars. However, Mayweather’s wealth portfolio is a diverse one, with his business ventures making up the majority of his net worth.

Mayweather has never shied away from talking about his projects. In fact, he once even revealed some of his real estate projects were worth billions of dollars. In an interview before his exhibition bout against Logan Paul, Mayweather revealed that he was well off financially while also investing in various real estate projects.

“I’m well off every property that I have is paid for. My jet is paid for, all my cars are paid for, and I own billion dollars, billion-dollar buildings. I own so much property and I’m steady investing in different things. I’m invested in the tech world, I made a lot of smart investments,” he said.

Renowned music producer Kanye West has also been known for having a great real estate portfolio. The Grammy-nominated artist boasts a wide collection of mansions across the United States that act both as great homes and sound investments.

‘Ye’ owns a ‘Monster Ranch’ in Wyoming, reportedly worth $11 million. The ranch is spread across 4,000 acres, but the land and terrain of the ranch are underdeveloped. He owns another mountain ranch in Wyoming located near Greybull. This ranch is reportedly worth $14 million, boasting a stunning mountain range and a wide natural landscape.

However, his most infamous purchase came in 2021 when he bought a bunker in Malibu for a whopping $57.3 million. Designed by award-winning architect Tadao Ando, this house was the second-highest purchase in the area that year.

West also owns a hidden mansion in Beverly Hills across from his ex-wife Kim Kardashian, which was reportedly worth $4.5 million. His total portfolio of adds up to $87 million, which is certainly a lot of money. However, it dwarfs compared to Mayweather’s projects that are worth billions, as claimed by Money himself.
