The last few months leading up to the Ryan Garcia vs. Devin Haney fight have been nothing short of a blockbuster movie. At least, that’s what fans are calling it. However, the question is: What prompted such a response from the public?

Well, here’s the scoop! Yesterday, Ryan Garcia and Devin Haney met at the Empire State Building in Manhattan, New York! Why? The duo faced off against each other ahead of the fight to promote the impending clash. However, things took a turn for the worse when Garcia started calling Haney a “bi**h.” It prompted the undefeated boxer to shove Garcia in the face. However, Haney took the incident to the next level by turning it into his profile picture on Instagram today.

After Haney’s creative jab on social media, Boxing n BBQ shared a screenshot of Haney’s Instagram page on X, captioning it, “Devin Haney changed his IG profile picture. FIGHT WEEK EVENTS KICKED OFF!” Regardless, following the shoving incident in New York, Garcia hopped on X to write, “I told you I ate that. SCRUMPTIOUS, I WANT MORE!”

Interestingly, this isn’t the first time these two career rivals have almost come to blows. Before Garcia started his rampage on X, the pair crossed paths on NFL Radio Row, where a similar incident transpired. However, back then, it was Garcia who was doing the shoving. Nevertheless, after discovering the latest drama unfolding in the Ryan Garcia vs. Devin Haney saga, fans were quick with their witty reactions.

Why is P. Diddy in the comments?

Since everything these fighters do turns into a headline, how can their altercation on the Empire State Building lag behind, especially after Haney’s hilarious move? One user branded the picture “cold as hell.” Who knows? During Saturday night’s fight, one of the boxers may produce another one. But the question is: Which one?

Someone else found the entire affair funny, labeling the lead-up to the fight a movie featuring Kevin Hart and James Franko. However, to be honest, no writer could come up with a plot with these many twists and turns.

Another user suggested he didn’t even like Haney to begin with, but Haney’s move to use the profile picture is the funniest thing the user has seen. However, it may change if Garcia does what he claims on X, even though Garcia is trolling! Reacting to the incident, Garcia wrote, “Devin touched me without my consent. [I’m] suing him for putting his hands on me.”

The next user thought the picture looked like Haney was about to kiss Garcia, as the user questioned Haney’s reasoning behind using it as a profile image.
