Haney turned professional in 2015, and ever since then, he’s pushed all the boundaries to stay in his best shape. Like any other boxer, ‘The Dream’s training routine comprises weight training with intense sparring sessions. Weight training is vital to put on the requisite muscle mass, thus maintaining a stable weight.

Moreover, the champ engages in heavy cardio to shed unnecessary fat, while keeping his heart in its best health. On top of this, Haney takes on the most important aspect of his training, i.e. heavy sparring sessions. He has these with fighters of different weight classes.

The Californian goes all out in his sparring sessions, sharpening all of his skills against the toughest of contenders. With that, he also does some heavy bag work and lands extensive bombs on the mitts.
