24-year-old Jake Paul has been sparring elite-level fighters in the gym for a long time. It has resulted in him unloading three straight knockouts in his first three professional appearances. However, ‘The Problem Child’ has been overpowered several times off the camera. Before he steps up to meet Tyron Woodley in the ring, some of the new findings also cite the YouTuber to have had bad moments in his latest camp.

UFC lightweight contender Luis Pena is the latest person to have lashed at Jake Paul. He has claimed to see ‘The Problem Child’ spar with Anthony Taylor and shed different opinions on two different times. According to reports, Pena first praised Paul’s stunt and hailed him as a commendable fighter.

However, he spat verbal venom on Paul a few days later and claimed that it was Taylor who handed Jake Paul a lopsided beat down. Former Bellator prodigy Taylor will also appear on the same card and face Tyson Fury’s brother Tommy Fury. That said, if he has really overpowered Paul, then Tyron Woodley can bring a more terrific outcome on the fight night.

This isn’t the first time we have heard Jake Paul being beaten inside the ring. Both the Paul brothers have suffered heat in their fight camps on umpteen occasions and here’s a look back at a few can really change the perception about the social media stars’ boxing abilities.

Even if the above reports aren’t credible, Paul was once truly beaten to the core by Mike Perry. Perry and Paul had seemingly sparred together, where the UFC elite battered Paul brutally. UFC middleweight title contender Paulo Costa had knocked out ‘The Maverick’ cold at the gym. It was a thunderous blow that fed Paul clean to the canvas. If that’s not enough, P4P King Canelo Alvarez had also offered a sparring session to the Paul brothers.

While the social media stars were making their way to the top, they had a verbal feud with Alvarez. The Mexican star completely ridiculed Jake Paul’s and Logan Paul‘s boxing skills and invited them to his gym for a brutal session. No wonder both the brothers ducked the offer. However, Jake Paul has vowed to face Canelo Alvarez in the ring, somewhere down the line.

So, Paul’s scratched career in the ring has seen several highs and lows at training, which is quite a common trend. Nevertheless, ‘The Problem Child’ continues to expand his name in the sport and is perfectly leaping towards the bigger goals.
