According to Sky Sports, ‘The Body Snatcher’ introduced a strict diet in his fight camp, after losing to Anthony Joshua in 2015. While it has been almost six years since that fight, ‘Body Snatcher’ continues to benefit from his food plans. He didn’t make any major changes, but those minor ones came in handy.

“I’ve cleaned up my lifestyle. Not only my diet, my lifestyle, so I’m living better. Eating better all the time around, so it means I have to diet less. Just cut back on a few things,” said Whyte in the past.

Meanwhile, Times UK cites the exact diet chart that Dillian Whyte has followed since his first defeat. As per reports, the pugilist consumes low carbs, high proteins, and vegetables at the beginning of his camp with no sugar or fats. The only aim to remove sugar and fat is to bring his weight down and keep his body moving. Apart from that, the Brit consumes sweet potato, brown rice, and vegetables.
