Prior to Tyson Fury vs. Oleksandr Usyk, fans were expecting to see a Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua square off this year. ‘The Gypsy King’ had even offered a 60/40 split to Joshua for the fight. Lately, Fury had called out Anthony Joshua for a ‘Battle of Britain’ world title fight. In fact, Joshua had even responded saying he would be ready to take the fight in December. Here is what Tyson Fury had said, “Anthony Joshua, I know you’ve just lost a fight to Usyk and you’re bout-less at the moment, and I’d like to give you an opportunity to fight me for the WBC heavyweight championship of the world and the lineal championship in the next few months. If you’re [Joshua] interested I’ll send you the date over and we can rumble.”
