The Saturday night fight attracted a wave of disappointment, failing to live up to the expectations. But perhaps the harshest remark for the KSI, Logan Paul fight, came from Ryan Garcia. Recently, Oscar De La Hoya announced Ryan ‘The Flash’ Garcia will face Oscar Duarte in December of this year. It will be Ryan’s first fight after his devastating loss against Gervonta Davis. The Welterweight clash will stream on DAZN, to whom Ryan posed a vital request.

Last night, KSI took on his British counterpart, Tommy Fury. Meanwhile, Logan Paul and Dillon Danis finally got to battle it out in the ring. After the dust settled, fans and experts alike took to social media, voicing their disappointment with the performance. Among one of those voices, Ryan Garcia’s critique stood out the most. Garcia boldly branded the main card fights as embracing while making a plea to DAZN.

Ryan Garcia asks DAZN to leave the fight on the internet

Ryan Garcia, who is going to face his next opponent live on DAZN in December, took to X (Twitter) after the fight concluded. Expressing his dissatisfaction with the matchup, Ryan asked DAZN to leave the fight on the internet. “This was trash, leave it on the internet,” Ryan wrote in his tweet. It’s worth mentioning that Ryan recently exchanged heated words with KSI when the latter claimed he could beat Ryan.

But that wasn’t the end of Ryan’s tweet. ‘The Flash’ continued by imploring DAZN not to arrange such fights in the future. “Dazn, don’t put this stuff on again. It’s embarrassing,” Ryan tweeted after the fight. What’s more, the fact of the matter is a lot of people felt the same way. With that out of the way, Ryan Garcia even came up during the event on Saturday night.

In the undercard of Logan vs. Dillon and KSI vs. Tommy, Deen the Great went toe-to-toe with his challenger Walid Sharks. In an exciting show of performance, Deen took home the win in their rematch. However, after the fight concluded, Deen decided to call out two professional boxers in particular.

Following his exciting victory, Deen the Great challenged Ryan Garcia and Gervonta Davis to a fight. Despite a stark difference in their skill level, the influencer boxer believes he can take on the best in the professional boxing world. It’s also worth mentioning that despite winning the fight, there were instances where Walid almost took down Deen.

Despite transcending the boundaries of traditional pugilism, KSI and his counterparts in the main event have found themselves on the wrong end of criticism. Ryan Garcia’s critique of the fight may as well reflect the major public opinion. What are your opinions on the Saturday night fights?
