Regis Prograis is about to go up against Devin Haney on 9 December at the Chase Centre in San Francisco. However, that’s not the reason Regis has become the talk of the town. In a recent turn of events, Regis Prograis sent a comforting message to Haney’s bitter rival, Shakur Stevenson.
