She also stated that she loves to go to therapy and urged people not to be afraid of seeking additional help. Moreover, St. John revealed that she needed extra medicine as well to treat her multiple disorders.

Are your AA meetings enough? I know for me, I love therapy because I get feedback, so if you need more help don’t be afraid to seek it. I also need medication for my panic disorder and generalized anxiety disorder. It’s OK if you need more. Love u All,” she wrote.
