In a recent interview with Behind The Gloves, Eddie Hearn discussed the dynamics of the event. The interviewer also had a query about Paul’s perception of contributing the maximum hype to this event.

Subsequently, Hearn reacted to this query, and he sarcastically replied, “I have done nothing over the last 13 years. I mean, especially over the last 6 years to push women’s sport.”

Moreover, while describing the contribution of Paul, he said, “I mean, he was a big asset to the promotion. He doesn’t know what he is doing in boxing, but we didn’t need him to because we have a staff of 40 people.”

“We put the entire show on. We ran the whole event, but we used Jake Paul, as an extra mouthpiece, to create interest in the event and he did a great job.”

According to Hearn, Paul added an extra spice to the event. Even though Hearn could make the event successful by himself with his staff.

Even though The Problem Child promoted his last event under the shadows of Matchroom Boxing, it marked a significant achievement for his ‘Most Valuable Promotions’.

Jake Paul started his company’s journey by promoting himself in the 4th match of his career. It was a good start for his promotions company by winning the bout against the UFC legend, Tyron Woodley.
