Tyson Fury’s father John Fury recently stated, “This is a video to Eddie Hearn. Mr. Brains of Britain, let me explain it to you my friend, how you cost your man over € 100 million($98 million).”

Following that, Anthony Joshua’s promoter Eddie Hearn gave a rather enticing offer and said, “So if he offered a € 110 million payday, why don’t you pay us half($62 million) of that, and we’ll take the fight. Put it in a contract and that’s the guarantee. Right? Brains. You said we’ve missed out on a € 110 million payday okay, give us half as a guarantee, and we’ll take the fight.”

Well, there were rumors that Fury would take on Joshua in December at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales. However, there have been no official announcements about the same yet.

On the other hand, as Oleksandr Usyk’s fight with Fury is on hold, the former is looking forward to fighting the winner of Deontay Wilder vs. Robert Helenius. There are some interesting match-ups coming up, but only time will tell how this situation plays out.

Eddie Hearn sues Jake Paul for making ‘outlandishly false’ comments

Matchroom Boxing boss Eddie Hearn and YouTuber turned boxer Jake Paul are often at crossroads in debates. The two even co-promoted the April 2022 fight between Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano. However, Paul made some remarks about Hearn, which caused the latter to sue Paul for false allegations.

Reportedly, Paul claimed that Hearn paid off judge Glenn Feldman for the Usyk vs. Joshua rematch. In addition, he even said that Hearn bribed the same judge for the Taylor vs. Serrano fight as well.

Following that, the British promoter decided to sue Paul for making “outlandishly false” comments about him and his company. As per reports, Hearn is suing the Ohio native for over $100 million in damages.
