2021 will end in a couple of months, but the last few weeks of the year will be filled with high-profile boxing bouts. Recently, Jake Paul announced his fight with Tommy Fury and he sent the entire fight fraternity into a frenzy.

This is because the YouTuber turned boxer will face a pro-boxer for the very first time in his boxing stint. As a result, the hype behind this contest is insane and many boxing purists and fans are pouring in their reactions to this matchup.
Fury, in this fight, will have an edge over Paul as he has only shared the ring with professional boxers. However, the pressure on ‘TNT is immense because if he loses to a novice like Paul, his career could hit a massive wall.
Recently, the Matchroom boss, Eddie Hearn, spoke to Seconds Out about this fight and particularly Tommy Fury. He said, “It’s just the most embarrassing thing if he loses that fight.”
“It’s a b**lsy move by Jay Paul because if he beats him, he’s really made a statement. But if Tommy Fury loses, he will I mean, it’s got to change his name or something. He shouldn’t change his name. He should just go to a desert island somewhere and just stay there for life,” Hearn added.
Fury and Paul have engaged in frequent online banter. However, on December 18, they will have to let their fists do the talking.

In this fight, Jake Paul will look to walk in with a composed mindset as ‘TNT’ will obviously have some strong mental pressure. Thus, ‘The Problem Child’ will only look to capitalize on the same.

For Jake Paul, this fight is vital to elevate his boxing career. However, this contest is even more important for Tommy Fury, who has the responsibility of the Fury bloodline at stake.
