Gabriel Rosado or David Benavidez? Who is an ideal opponent for Edgar Berlanga?

Berlanga, 23, is unranked in the 168-pound division as of now. He’s young and an extremely intimidating prospect in the super-middleweight roster. At the current position of his career, Gabriel Rosado is the perfect fight for him.

Though Berlanga exhibits sublime skill sets, the Benavidez fight shouldn’t be on his cards for now as the latter races ahead in experience and rankings when compared to the Puerto Rican. ‘The Chosen One’ should fight a couple more times to gain rankings and exposure in the super-middleweight roster first and then challenge Benavidez.

Berlanga is predicted to enter the boxing ring in early 2021. His fans will be interested to see who he takes on among the aforementioned fighters.
