In an Instagram story, Spence had shared a post that was originally made by chef Pressley. Notably, Pressley is Spence’s personal chef, who was a part of his camp for his fight against Ugas.
Pressley had shared an inspirational reel of his weight loss journey, where he lost a whopping 180 lbs. Moreover, he had a motivational speech by Rogan playing in the background.

In the speech, Rogan mentioned that people should live their life like they are in a movie. He said, “Live your life like you’re the hero in your movie. Right now is when the movie f*cking starts and your life is a sh*tbag disaster. You’re in the part of the movie that starts and shows you as a f*cking loser. And just try not to be a loser anymore.”

He also shared advice on building oneself back up. Rogan said, “I love a success story, but more than a success story, I like a dude who f*cks his life up and gets it back together.”
In fact, Pressley mentioned in the caption that Rogan inspired him to lose weight and get his life back together.

Joe Rogan has been a passionate proponent of living life to the fullest. Moreover, he uses his podcast to give his fans noteworthy advice on life.

In one of the episodes, Rogan mentioned how a lot of people spend the majority of their lives working day jobs that they are not satisfied with. Additionally, he also urged his fans to follow their passion. To do what makes them happy. And to slowly build on that foundation.
Rogan also added that failure gives people the opportunity for self-examination.
