Busta Breezie, better known by his moniker, Salt Papi, has been making waves in the world of boxing, after an explosive performance at the recent Misfits Boxing showdown. Prior to treading the waters of boxing, Breezie had raked in 4.5 million followers and over 141 million likes across Tik Tok.

His recent performance against YouTuber and MMA Fighter, ‘The Boogeyman’ Josh Brueckner earned him the respect of both the boxing fraternity and fans. Moreover, many notable names like Logan Paul and Chris Eubank Jr were also quick to express their admiration for his performance. In fact, Breezie took to social media to share a personal message he received from boxing promoter, Eddie Hearn.

KSI recently defended his MF cruiserweight title against YouTuber, FaZe Temperrr at the Wembley Arena, London. The bout that took place on January 14, 2023, saw him win via a 1st- round knockout.

Meanwhile, Breezie fought Brueckner as the undercard for the very same event. The fight saw him majorly outperform Brueckner from the very first round.

And in the second round, Breezie served Brueckner with a brutal left that took him off his feet, thereby making him the victor of the fight.

He took to Facebook and celebrated his win by sharing photos from the event. The caption read, “defeated the most avoided YouTube boxer in the influencer scene.”

Eddie Hearn congratulates Salt Papi

A lot of prominent names from the boxing fraternity took to social media to congratulate Breezie AKA Salt Papi for his performance. Eddie Hearn, on the other hand, sent him a personal message.

In an Instagram DM, Hearn showed his appreciation by calling Breezie ‘the man’. Breezie who was elated to receive the message, shared the same on a story.

While the message might have been a formality. It is worth speculating if Hearn has any plans in signing Salt Papi. Notably, Gervonta Davis also leaked his DMs with Eddie Hearn which drew wild fan reactions.
