Folks are going to hate, but this is a far more dangerous fight than Tommy Fumbles.
Let's see what weight they make it for

User @igwejimmiri revealed that Rahman Jr. is a far more dangerous opponent than Fury.
Rahman Jr. is halfway decent and I expect he'll beat Jake Paul
— Pound4Pound Ireland (@JeremyFoley) July 6, 2022
Rahman's kid is decent so I definitely think it's a better opponent than Tommy Fury
— Ignacio Ortiz (@OrtizRoyceda59) July 6, 2022
Ohw shit if this fight isn't fixed, Rahman Will probably be sending Paul to Mars before Elon could send his spaceships
— The Prototype (@therealfitpro) July 6, 2022
A few users felt that Rahman Jr. is a much better opponent with a good chance of beating Paul. In fact, user @therealfitpro even added that unless the fight is ‘fixed’ Paul has no chance of defeating Rahman Jr.
It's a step up and a "legit" boxer .. given his inexperience Jake Paul is actually pretty ambitious as a fighter
I seen Olympians face worse opposition early
— schwan humes (@blakjordanbreen) July 6, 2022
Meanwhile, user @blakjordanbreen added that Paul is finally fighting a ‘legit boxer’. Moreover, he also mentioned that since Rahman Jr. is still an upcoming boxer, Paul is the perfect opponent.
Nobody is gonna buy that, nobody even knows who that is
— Randy Oreens (@ItBegins2012) July 6, 2022
No one knows him though, ppv gonna do worse than it would’ve with Fury… but it’ll be massive if he wins and fights Nate Diaz next
— GenZInsights (@genzinsightsinc) July 6, 2022
A few users mentioned that nobody will buy the PPV for the fight. However, user @genzinsightsinc added that the fight will be massive only if Paul wins and later faces Nate Diaz.
This is a straight up Malik Scott -Wilder dive coming … rachman not good at all and koed last fight will never make a living as a boxer plus Jake Paul’s sparring partner for last couple years … terrible
— Boxing101 (@boxing101_gg) July 6, 2022
Hasim Rahman Jr. Has a good jab …..BUT….He has the worst cardio I have ever seen. He has 1 round cardio. THAT IS IT! This is gonna a be a boring match. Gonna look like Kimbo vs DADA 2. You heard it here first.
— R Ligan (@r_ligan) July 6, 2022
But a few users mentioned that Rahman Jr. was not a good boxer. In fact, a user even mentioned that he will never make a living as a boxer.
Jake still gonna win 😑
— RollySleepsTankInARematch (@RollyKOsTank) July 6, 2022
Doesn’t matter who Jake Paul fights everyone gonna complain. The man has only 6 fights and people want him to fight champions. I don’t like the man but y’all wanted him to face a “real” boxer. Y’all complained about fury and now y’all complain about this opponent.

Not his fault Fury chickened out, again. I understand though. If he wins he beat a YouTube boxer, if he looses he’s pretty much done.
— Old Head Painter (@DCreyke) July 6, 2022
However, a few users mentioned that boxing fans have been too hard on Paul. Moreover, they stated it was not Paul’s fault that Fury backed out of the bout. The users were also sure of Paul’s victory in the bout.
