Plant fibers, pulps, gums, are the main components of plant-based meat. Artificial flavors, colors, and preservatives are used to make them taste or look like the original meat. But when it is plant-based, why is it harmful to mankind?
Plant meat products are often highly processed, with a lot of artificial chemicals and other unhealthy ingredients. These are detrimental to our health. Additionally, these products are typically not as nutrient-rich as real meat, and they may lack fiber and other essential nutrients.
