Puerto Rican professional boxer Amanda Serrano will step foot into the boxing ring on August 5th to face former WBO featherweight champion Heather Hardy. This will be Serrano’s second bout after her fight against Erika Cruz in February. This matchup has caused a lot of excitement among the fans who await for these two to lock horns inside the ring. But it seems like not everyone is pleased with this upcoming fight. Australian professional boxer Skye Nicolson is not pleased with this fight happening. She took to social media to show her disapproval of this fight and slammed both the boxers.

Nicolson took to Facebook and discussed how she offered to fight, but Hardy refused. Hardy responded back to Nicolson’s message, slamming the latter for her Facebook post. It seems like the 41-year-old was not willing to take anything from the Australian prospect. What did Hardy say to Nicolson?

Hardy’s response to Skye Nicolson

Skye Nicolson took a jab at Serrano for fighting Hardy despite claiming to want only big-money fights. Moreover, she took numerous jabs at Hardy as she revealed that she refused to fight her as she claimed she could not make featherweight anymore. But, yet is fighting Serrano.

In response, Hardy took to Twitter, sharing the message of the Australian. Hardy wrote, “B*t*h they offered me 25k to get down to featherweight in 6 weeks with no belts.” Moreover, the 41-year-old was not hesitant to slam her for the message and take things up a notch in slamming the Commonwealth gold medalist.

Hardy added, “F**k out of my face, you got literally NOTHING I want, you weren’t worth going on a diet for.” It seems like the ‘Heat’ does not like Nicolson and what she said. It should be noted that the fight between Serrano and Hardy is the co-main event for the Jake Paul vs. Nate Diaz fight. And the fans are excited to see the two clash for the featherweight undisputed champion.

It will be interesting to see what happens in the fight between the two. Serrano has a professional boxing record of 44-2-1. And Hardy holds a boxing record of 24-2-0.
