UAE has become a country of interest for Floyd Mayweather. The love and cheering from the citizens of UAE have impressed the 45-year-old ex-champion. After dancing and showboating through an exhibition bout against the former sparring partner, ‘Dangerous’ Don Moore, ‘The Pretty Boy’ announced another return to the ring in Dubai by the end of this year. However, the name of the opponent is still a secret.

He said, “Don Moore is still undefeated, we are both still undefeated. I will bring another fight back to the UAE this year. It’s a secret. I don’t want to let the cat out the bag right now. But we have an opponent, and I choose the UAE. It’s been a little rollercoaster ride for all of the fighters. I want to commend the fighters on just being patient.”
Furthermore, he soothed fighters who lost in the mega-event. He said, “These types of things happen in life. We go through ups. We go through downs, but we stand strong, stand together, and we made it happen. I just want to say thank you to everyone that’s here.”
Though the champ officially retired from the sport of boxing in 2017, his love for the sport and money-making ability pushes him to lace the gloves in an exhibition crossover. Prior to this, ‘Money’ had been to several exhibitions.
He had schooled kickboxer, Tenshin Nasukawa in Japan in 2018. Later, he met social media star Logan Paul in 2021.
