Floyd Mayweather faced Logan Paul last year and returned to boxing action in what got materialized as an exhibition matchup. However, Mayweather also shared an intense feud with Logan Paul’s brother, Jake Paul, in a pre-fight presser. Interestingly, it grabbed sheer attention from the fans, sparking talks of a potential clash between Jake and Mayweather somewhere down the line. While Paul snubbed that offer, he came across Floyd Mayweather’s aggression harshly.
Having snatched Mayweather’s cap during a verbal altercation, Jake Paul consumed physical battering from the undefeated boxer. It’s been over six months since that incident, but Mayweather clearly remembers it. In a face-time call with unified female middleweight champion, Claressa Shields, Mayweather recalled the incident, after Shields reminisced about him slapping ‘The Problem Child’.
Floyd Mayweather said, “I was gonna kill him”.

Akin to Mayweather, Claressa Shields has also had tussles with Jake Paul. They both exchanged fierce words on social media. However, Shields had recently praised the Ohio native after he secured a super-fight between Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano, as the MVP promotions’ kingpin. Well, she moved back to her former form after beating Ema Kozin via decision.

Shields didn’t miss out on the chance to belittle Jake Paul. That said, Floyd Mayweather also plunged it and offered some extra spice from his end. Meanwhile, Floyd Mayweather isn’t really done with the Pauls. He has been hit with a lawsuit, filed by a California real estate investor, who accused the boxer of not paying the investors for his fight against Logan Paul.

Floyd Mayweather and the Pauls can continue the rivalry
Logan Paul earned a career-defining moment when he stepped through the ropes against Floyd Mayweather. However, he doesn’t seem pleased with the financial gainings. Per ‘The Maverick’, he didn’t receive the amount he was promised. In response, Mayweather has shown zero importance to those accusations and is yet to deliver his take on them.
