YouTuber turned professional boxer Jake Paul has proved yet again that he is here to stay. ‘The Problem Child’ has faced immense criticism going into the Ben Askren fight. However, he proved his critics wrong and will look to return to the ring against another big name. So who could Jake Paul fight next?

Paul showed his fighting ability with a vicious first-round knockout of the former MMA champion. The undefeated fighter extended his record to a perfect 3-0 with three knockouts. Therefore, it may be time for a tougher opponent for Paul.

The two most high-profile options for Jake Paul will be Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor. Paul got into a verbal battle with Mayweather, and the legendary boxer even agreed to fight him after his exhibition bout against Logan Paul. Whereas, the internet sensation’s desire to face McGregor is no secret, thanks to his strange call-outs.

Mayweather said he would only fight in exhibitions, so Paul would have to compromise in that respect. However, if McGregor loses his trilogy bout with Dustin Poirier at UFC 264, ‘The Problem Child’ can push for a big pay-day bout with the Irishman.

Other names Jake Paul could face next

Despite his performance and fame, it will be difficult for Jake Paul to attract the likes of Mayweather and McGregor. So who else could the American internet sensation face for his next pro bout?

The YouTuber could re-ignite his rivalry with British YouTuber KSI, who has constantly teased a bout against Paul. Moreover, he could take on outspoken MMA fighter Dillon Danis, who already called out the American sensation after he beat Askren.

Other options for Paul include boxer-cum-billionaire businessman Joe Fournier, who beat Reykon on the undercard. While there is also an outside chance that ‘The Problem Child’ could face the winner of Bryce Hall vs. Austin McBroom, who will fight in a unique TikTok vs. YouTubers event.

Thus, the undefeated American has multiple options to choose from. While Paul will certainly want the biggest and best, he may have to settle for one of the other options at his disposal.
