Iyanna Mayweather, daughter of Floyd Mayweather, was arrested last week for a felony aggravated assault.

TMZ reported that the incident occurred at rapper NBA Youngboy’s home where he was with another woman, Lapattra Lashai Jacobs. The three got into an argument when Iyanna, NBA Youngboy’s fiance, asked Jacobs to leave the house. The reports suggested that the argument moved into the kitchen with Mayweather holding two knives. It was when Iyanna stabbed Jacobs with one of her knives.

According to TMZ’s reports, Jacobs told the cops she did not feel the stab first time. Then, Iyanna charged at her once again with the second knife.

While the police took Iyanna into custody following the incident, they later released her on bail. Multiple reports suggest they released her on a $30,000 bond.

Following the arrest, television host Wendy Williams believes Iyanna should be at least eight years in prison as per The Sun. She also said that Iyanna’s father, the boxing star, is partly to blame for his daughter’s violent actions.
