Christmas is here, and the world of boxing is eager to celebrate it with the entire world. Folks across the globe come together with great pomp to celebrate Jesus Christ’s birth on December 25. The boxing legends like Floyd Mayweather, Manny Pacquiao, and Tyson Fury have also joined their fans on this occasion. They are sending wishes by dropping their pictures and messages in their own style. They are well aware that the enthusiasm of people during this festival season can not be matched.

The WBC heavyweight champion, who is widely regarded as one of the greatest of all time, dropped a very bizarre but hilarious picture on his Instagram story. Michael Benson of talksports shared it on Twitter.

The edited picture contains all former world champion boxers whom Fury defeated such as Wladimir Klitschko, David Haye, Anthony Joshua, Deontay Wilder or Dillian Whyte.

Along with Fury, the Filipino legend Manny Pacquiao, who held titles in record eight weight divisions, also sent wishes to his fans. He dropped one family picture and wrote, “Merry Christmas to everyone! May this season be filled with joy, happiness, and love.”

The former five weight division champ Mayweather also joined them but with a different message.

What did Floyd Mayweather say on this Christmas?

Among the wealthiest athletes across the globe, Mayweather did not want to celebrate this cultural festival traditionally. He came up with a new message for his fans. Being straight forward ‘The Pretty Boy’ stated that the gifts of this Christmas are going in vain. He is no longer in a mood to accept fancy gifts on certain occasion.

“I will not be accepting gifts on Christmas, my birthday, Valentine’s Day, or Father’s Day. I constantly give gifts all throughout the year because I feel every day is worth celebrating and not just some commercialized holiday. Where’s the thought behind a gift if it’s only given on a holiday? You only think of giving me a gift when society says you should give gifts?”, Mayweather wrote on his Instagram caption.
