This was the most awaited fight of the modern boxing era because both the fighters were termed as sheer legends of the game. With this fight, Mayweather and Pacquiao settled their prolonged rift and rolled out a blockbuster show for the fans.
It’s been more than 5 years to this fight, but fans and fighters still remember this clash with fondness. Recently, in a chat with Million Dollaz Worth of Game, Mayweather shared some words of wisdom for his former nemesis. He said, “The best fighter I ever fought probably was Manny Pacquiao.”

Mayweather continued, “It’s because of his movement. He’s a hell of a fighter and I can see why he won so many fights and I can see why he’s going down as a Hall of Famer. It’s just certain moves that he makes.” (h/t IB Times)
The fight began on a wonderful note for the undefeated kingpin of the sport. However, the Filippino Senator turned the tables in the second half of the fight and stunned Mayweather with his constant blows. The fight was a delight, and everyone agrees, even today.
