44-year-old Floyd Mayweather looked his age in the latest in-ring outing against Logan Paul in June 2021, which resulted in a draw. The retired boxer then flirted with a full-time retirement and seemed uninterested in re-entering the ring. However, he appears steady for another exhibition appearance this year and is already in talks to meet YouTuber Money Kicks.

The bizarre matchup shall see Mayweather take on another social media celebrity, who has very limited experience in the sport of boxing. Thus, ‘TBE’ looks viable to unleash a lopsided performance in his favor. However, former world champion Amir Khan doesn’t believe the same.

Ahead of his own return against Kell Brook, ‘King Khan’ connected with Pro Boxing Fans and shared his views on the potential fight between Money Kicks and Floyd Mayweather.

He said, “Money Kicks is going to go in there with all guns blazing. This is boxing. Anything can happen in boxing. I don’t think it will happen [Money Kicks winning] but you just never know and I do wish Money Kicks all the very best, because he’s a very nice guy and he’s a friend of mine.”

Many may lean towards yes. However, it is important to note that these are celebrity exhibitions. This is because Mayweather has got nothing left to prove in the sport of boxing.

Having amassed a record of 50-0, Mayweather has also become the richest pugilist of all time. Hence, exhibitions help him stay active, make money, and ensure that he can delight his fans with a display in the ring.
