Boxing legend Floyd Mayweather recently took his talents to Dubai and was a part of the Hardcore Boxing Tournament. The former five-division champion announced that he would be commentating on the event which took place at the Agenda arena. The tournament was headlined by 34-year-old American boxer Jarrell Miller vs 43-year-old Australian Lucas Browne.

Miller returned to boxing back in 2022 beating Derek Cardenas after serving a two-year ban following failed PED tests. Moreover, he added to his win in Dubai by beating Browne, winning via a 6th-round TKO. Miller managed to land a knockdown on Browne in the sixth round but the Aussie got up before being TKO’d by a barrage of punches. However, Miller’s win might have to do something with Mayweather’s assistant who could be heard giving advice to ‘Big Baby’.

‘Money’s’ assistant, Ktiche recently posted a video of her ringside during the event on her Instagram story. In the video, a voice can be heard telling Miller to try and land some body shots. “Go to the body,” she said. Kitche revealed that she was the one ‘barking’ advice at the 34-year-old boxer. “Yup! that was me barking” she wrote.

It seems that Ktiche’s advice played the role of a lucky charm for Miller. Even though it didn’t have much to do with his in-ring performance. Moreover, it shows that ‘TBE’ has an assistant who seems to be as involved as him in the sport.

Jarrell Miller calls out Anthony Joshua following his victory

This victory looked like a stepping stone for Miller who is now seeking to level up in competition. Following his victory, he called out former unified champion Anthony Joshua insisting to face him next. “If I wanted an easy fight back, I’d fight Jermain Franklin, coming off a loss, though I thought he beat Dillian Whyte. So AJ let’s get it on.” he said.

Joshua is currently on a two-fight losing streak, both at the hands of current champion Oleksandr Usyk. He would also be looking to get back into contention and is looking for an opponent to face. While there are other contenders that ‘AJ’ could face like Deontay Wilder or Joe Joyce, Miller seems to be ready for the former champion with his performance.
