Floyd Mayweather is coming up with billion-dollar projects. The 45-year-old promised himself to create generational wealth and now he is on his way to building an empire. He has freed himself from the active fighting business by taking up retirement in 2017 and now his entire focus is on making money outside the ring.

He is making millions through exhibitions and promotion businesses that keep him in touch with the sport. His real estate investments are a part of a big discussion. In an interview with the Earn Your Leisure podcast, ‘The Pretty Boy’ revealed his futuristic plans for making money.

He openly talked about his $2 billion NBA deal that did not reach fruition and shed light on his plans for New York City.
