Floyd Mayweather mapped his way back to the boxing ring by going against Logan Paul for an exhibition scrap in July 2021. The non-professional bout lasted for all eight rounds and wasn’t for the traditional fight fans. But it helped in fetching sheer attention from the new-age followers, who saw an undefeated five-division world champion compete against a YouTuber.

It was undoubtedly the biggest mismatch in Mayweather’s career, which didn’t go in his favor. While the fight ended in a draw, Mayweather came across another big blow when he was accused of underpaying his opponent, Logan Paul. The boxer was even hit by a lawsuit and that has still not ended Logan Paul’s grudge against him.

This came after several more verbal thrashes aimed at Mayweather from Logan Paul’s side. However, ‘Money’ hasn’t reacted to any of the accusations, ignoring ‘The Maverick’ completely. Besides, Floyd Mayweather is in talks to return to the ring once again, and take on YouTuber, ‘Money Kicks,’ in Dubai.

All these factors leave Logan Paul in a complicated situation, and it’s unclear whether he will receive the financial numbers he had predicted before facing Mayweather. Amidst all of this, someone scammed Paul of $3.5million and sold him fake Pokemon cards. Therefore, Paul appears to have been in some serious economical turmoils, especially if Mayweather has actually denied his payments.
