Saturday Night was the night of Danny Garcia. The former two-time world champion made a stunning comeback in front of his favorite crowd at Barclays Center. The 34-year-old brought the crowd to the feet by delivering an impressive set of skills in the new weight class against Jose Benavidez Jr.

After such an amazing victory, Garcia had a few good memorable moments with his daughter during the post-fight press conference. The 6-year-old baby girl expressed how she feels when her dad fights in the ring.

In the clip, she said, “Hello guys, I just want to say how I felt when my dad is fighting so I feel a little nervous but I knew he gonna win this.”
Garcia returned to the ring after a long break of 19 months. The champ was in the dark phrase. He was battling anxiety and depression. Finally, he won that fight with the win over Benavidez.

After 12-rounds of a slugfest, Garcia surpassed Benavidez on two scorecards and finally won the bout by decision. This victory will certainly boast the confidence of a Philadelphia-based boxer. He was struggling in his career for the last few years. The former welterweight and junior welterweight champion had lost 3 times in his last 6 bouts.
With this victory, Garcia has begun a new journey at 154 lbs.

The former champs come from a family of boxers. His father, Angel Garcia, was a professional boxer, who later turned trainer.
As of now, he is dating Erica Mendez, a stunning performer and model. The couple together has one daughter named Philly Swift Garcia.
