Who will win the world heavyweight title?

Tyson Fury

Oleksandr Usyk

One can have distinct opinions on this match-up. However, Hatton gave his final verdict on the physical differences between the two. He asserted that Fury is taller, has a bigger reach, and is significantly heavier. Needless to say, Fury would be stronger and more durable. Moreover, he thinks that the WBC heavyweight champion has all the skillsets in the world. Although he gives respect to the skills of Uysk, he sided with the boxer from his homeland. Reflecting on the same, as per IFLTV, he stated, “When you think Tyson has the height, the reach, he can box southpaw, Orthodox, stand there, sit in there, and have a fight, he can sit and sway and move and make you miss off the back-foot. He can lean, counterpunch, he does everything Uysk does and he’s got the strength and weight advantage.”

Moreover, in his concluding lines, he did not disregard the possibility of an upset. He added, “I can’t see anything other than a Tyson win. But it’s not a foregone conclusion.”

Just like Hatton, even Holyfield stated that Fury will get the better of Uysk. He thinks Fury is undefeated because he is simply unbeatable and has proven that time after time. In an interview, he stated, “The fact of the matter is, ain’t nobody has beat him! I don’t know [how Usyk could beat Fury]. Ain’t nobody did it and, until somebody does it, who’s to say anybody can? If nobody has beat you, then you ain’t shown you can lose.”
