Frank Warren Confirms Date for Anthony Joshua vs Tyson Fury Fight

Over the past few days, the Anthony Joshua vs Tyson Fury fight has again turned into a hot topic in the boxing universe. According to their promoters, the fight is on the brink of getting official. However, there are just a few roadblocks to be vanquished.

The dates and locations for this fight are almost set. It is reported that this heavy encounter will take place tentatively on August 14 in Saudi Arabia.

Recently, Frank Warren was in a chat with talkSport, wherein he gave confirmation on the fight date. He said, “I don’t think the date is the problem at all, I think everyone’s agreed that can be moved to August 14.

“What we’re all trying to do is get this over the line, but the only way we’ll get it over the line is by the fighter, Tyson, getting certain assurances.”

“If he gets them, he’ll put pen to paper, but as it is now, he’s waiting for the other side’s lawyers to confirm what he wants,” he added

Despite Warren confirming the dates for this clash, there has been no official news revealed by either side. But fight fans can definitely expect some positive piece of news in the coming few days. The Queensberry boss even admitted there are a few concerns from Tyson Fury’s end.

And once the Brit is sure of all the sides, he’ll definitely ink the deal to collide with his longtime foe, Anthony Joshua.
