George Foreman Says Logan Paul Was ‘Dominating’ Floyd Mayweather With His Size

The Logan Paul vs Floyd Mayweather exhibition contest accrued the attention of the entire world on Sunday night. Not just the fans, but many boxing hotshots too were hooked in for this clash, and they enjoyed their time watching this tussle. One such legend who enjoyed this exhibition showdown was George Foreman.

The former heavyweight kingpin had some words of wisdom for this fight, and predominantly Logan Paul.

Speaking to USA Today, he said, “The strangest thing is I’m starting to enjoy these exhibitions a lot more than the so-called competitive fights they put on because there’s no entertainment value to those. These have entertainment value.

“It was an exciting night for me. And I didn’t expect that. Believe me. Some guys would say, ‘I’m turning this off now.’ I would not leave the television because at any second I thought Mayweather might take him out. Then the kid starts jumping around using his jab and dominating. He didn’t have the experience Mayweather had, but he dominated with his size.” (h/t Boxing Scene)

In this 8-round war, the lanky Logan Paul went all out against ‘Money’. Right from the first second, he made his intentions clear on giving his best in this fight. And as a result, he ended up doing the same.

Although Mayweather had a major chunk of moments in the fight, Paul didn’t quite hold himself back. He kept ‘TBE’ on his toes and even landed some of his wild hits perfectly on the undefeated boxing stalwart.

Logan Paul – an improved boxing prospect?

In his very first pro-boxing bout, ‘The Maverick’ fought fellow YouTuber, KSI and lost that fight. Ever since then, he was not seen in the squared circle. But for the Mayweather exhibition. Paul immersed himself in some grilling boxing workouts.
