The rivalry between George Kambosos Jr. and Devin Haney

The fight between George Kambosos Jr. and Devin Haney has been labeled “Undisputed.” Something unexpected happened recently when the two combatants arrived and were weighing themselves for the battle. Haney took the stage and weighed in at 134.92 pounds. Kambosos Jr., on the other hand, stepped up, despite being 0.36 pounds overweight for the 135-pound limit fight.

When asked about what he said to his opponent after not making weight for the fight, this is what Haney said. “Honestly I just told him that, he wasn’t a true champion, because true champions make weight.”
