The WBA super lightweight champion, Barrios (26-0), will not be an easy bout for ‘Tank’. Thus, June 26 will see a battle between two elite champions. Furthermore, it will give Davis the chance to add another belt to his collection.

Therefore, this fight explained the delay in Davis’ return. Clearly, the American wanted to make a statement to his critics. If he can beat Barrios, it will prove his worth. Whereas, if Barrios beats Davis, it will be a massive statement from ‘El Azteca’.
