In the process, he made a big announcement on 25th March. According to the Baltimore boxer, his contract with Mayweather Promotions is expiring with the upcoming rumble on 28th May. The 27-year-old fighter and his promoter had been under heavy criticism for playing safe. As being such a star boxer, ‘Tank‘ had always faced those pugilists who were not up to his level.

In the second tweet, he wrote, “I’ll be fighting [Deontay] wilder after they see this.”

Notably, this must-have lingered in the mind of the undefeated Floyd Mayweather’s protégé that his promoters were not making any effort to find a suitable opponent. As it does not seem that ‘Tank’ Davis is electrified with his fight against another fighter of Mayweather promotions.

However, after some time, ‘Tank’ deleted those series of tweets.
