For the past few years, Jake Paul was training out of Puerto Rico. The former resident of Los Angeles wanted to detach himself from the distractions the city had to offer and desired to dedicate his whole life to the sport somewhere else. Thereafter, Paul decided to set up a base in the “Island of Enchantment,” and has been a resident for the past couple of years. Recently, he revealed that he spent a whopping $16 Million on a mansion on the island. Although Paul is no stranger to controversies, one would not expect a controversy surrounding his house purchase. However, Paul finds himself in yet another controversy as he takes criticism from an independent reporter named Bianca Graulau regarding his house.
Graulau is a resident of Puerto Rico and expressed her concern over the current landscape of the island. Although, in Puerto Rico, all beaches are open to the public, certain estates have been set up in front of the beach. Additionally, there are no roads in those estates to commute to the beach. Paul has a house in that locality which creates a hindrance for individuals to go to the beach. Graulau wanted to spread the word about the same but the fans had some intriguing and thought-provoking reactions.

Fans don’t hold back after allegations made by Bianca Graulau
In a recent video posted on her Instagram account, Graulau comprehensively explained how certain rights of residents of Puerto Rico are indirectly being denied. She stated, “Did you see Jake Paul showing of $16 Million mansion Puerto Rico? Well let me tell you what you didn’t see. Here is well Jake Paul’s house is in the town of Dorado”. She adds, “Now all beaches in Puerto Rico are suppose to be public—it belongs to the people of Puerto Rico. That means there is suppose to be a path from the road all the way to the beach even if what stands in between is private property but of course that is not being respected.”
Even with the nearest point to commute to the beach, one would have to walk a mile. Not to mention, that mile is also not a smooth course of travel. Reflecting on the same, she stated, “The nearest entry point is a mile away, you have to walk all the way over here, over rocks. So the access becomes nearly impossible so in practice, these become private beaches.”
