In the post, she claimed that her son was neglected, like many others before him. She also made some bold claims about the medical center falsifying records after her son’s death urging people trying to get better to not give up.

“My son died just 2 weeks into rehab trying to get #sober He was neglected like so many trying to get help. He took his life in his bathroom. Staff left him unattended for 2 hours, then even falsified the records. For all of us trying to stay sober, your life matters” she wrote.
