Mike’s first encounter with Tupac was at a nightclub, kickstarting a friendship that deeply affected Mike. Tupac even visited Mike when he was in jail in 1992, according to a report from the Mirror. Fans remember Tupac for various reasons. Some remember him for his rap albums, while others admire him for his social commentary. But nobody knew him as Mike did! So when Brown asked Mike about Tupac, he had the kindest words for him. Mike said, “He was an awesome guy!… He was just a good man. You know what I mean. He was a good guy with a good heart that had a temper he couldn’t control.”

With a hint of sadness in his voice, Mike described Tupac as having a worse temper compared to even his own. But that changes in the coming month! According to an article from DJmag, ‘Tupac Shakur: The Authorised Biography’ will hit the shelves next month. The author of the biography is Staci Robinson, an author, screenwriter – and, most importantly, Tupac’s childhood friend. It will feature unreleased photos and hand-written poetry from Shakur, something his fans would like to get their hands on.
