In the episode, The Flash was asked by the host to give his predictions on a potential match-up between Haney and Davis which Garcia thought would be a great match-up as he had this to say

If Devin fought Tank man that would be a great fight. Honestly I would probably give the edge to Devin a little bit but Tank could always knock you out with one punch”. He then went on to praise Davis’ knockout power stating that he could even knock him out with one punch, “He can knockout anybody with one punch, he could even knock me out with one punch, so that’s something that I have to be very aware of,”

Lastly, he went on to state that he has always performed better against bigger opponents than him saying, “throughout my life, I have always done better with bigger punchers, I always have something better against guys that hit hard, so I’m excited for that fight, and I’m excited for all of these fights to come”.

Garcia feels confident that he would perform better against a hard-hitting opponent like Tank and also seemed very excited about a match between Haney and Davis.

Garcia and Davis are two of the hottest prospects in the lightweight division currently and are seemingly on a collision course to face each other.’ Tank’ has proven his worth after knocking out Rolando Romero in a devastating fashion earlier this year, while Garcia will be looking to do the same against Fortuna. Moreover, both fighters are undefeated and under 30 years old, which will make this fight a must-see event.

There have been a lot of talks of a potential fight between the two over the last few months. Both of them have been vocal on social media, taking shots at each other, and if a fight with Haney does not work out with Davis, Garcia would certainly be an interesting match-up for Tank.
