Dillian Whyte has been the victim of ridicule following the shocking surrender of his WBC interim belt and mandatory status. The who’s who of the boxing world commented on the KO. This led to Dillian Whyte’s trainer Dave Coldwell lashing out.

Tyson Fury’s promoter Frank Warren saw these comments and revealed that he enjoyed them. This is because they were symbolic of a frustrated individual’s response. The reaction could be because ‘The Body Snatcher’ constantly focused on Fury ahead of his Fight Camp match.

Warren said, “I saw Dave Coldwell’s little speech, and it made me chuckle because Dillian has enjoyed having a go at everyone else. He’s always calling Tyson Fury – who went to Wladimir Klitschko and Deontay Wilder’s backyards as a huge underdog a coward.”

Tyson Fury became the first man to deny Deontay Wilder a win, and on both occasions, he fought on the other side of the Atlantic.

However, Whyte has fought outside Britain just once in his career. This came when he featured on the Ruiz- Joshua 2 undercard and beat Poland’s, Mariusz Wach.

Frank Warren says Dillian Whyte trolled many heavyweight boxers

Warren shed light on Whyte’s tweet from last summer, where he constantly labeled ‘AJ’ as a drug cheat. He said, “He has made some serious slanderous accusations about Anthony Joshua being a drug cheat, including posting a video of the Verve song ‘The Drugs Don’t Work’ after his loss to Andy Ruiz Jr.”

However, he even hit out at Ruiz Jr for stepping on the scales heavier for his rematch against ‘AJ’ in Saudi Arabia. Later, Whyte claimed, the former lineal world champion had a fight against diabetes. This showed that he would trash talk anyone.

The promoter said Whyte should remember how he didn’t take the short notice fight against Joshua after Jarrell Miller withdrew.

“He’s talked about Ruiz Jr having his hardest fight against diabetes when his hardest fight was at short notice against AJ because Dillian didn’t have the bottle to take it himself.”

Warren was in full flow. He touched on Whyte gloating over his victory against Dereck Chisora in the pair’s first meeting. He claims ‘Del Boy’ got robbed in the split decision yet did not make an issue.

The promoter summed up, If these fighters and fans have enjoyed Dillian’s defeat, then it is only because he has made a career out of slagging others off. To put it very simply, what goes around, comes around.”

He continued by talking about ‘The Body Snatcher’ and his team wearing special tracksuits to mock Alexander Povetkin. When all this is taken into account, Warren feels ‘The Body Snatcher’ has earned every bit of ridicule.

However, it may seem too much as Whyte has lost for the first time since December 2015. Rival fighters must have been waiting for ages to target the boxer and grabbed the opportunity with both hands.

What do you make of Frank Warren’s severe comments regarding Dillian Whyte?
