Andy Lee revealed bizarre tactics used by Tyson Fury during training camps.
WBC heavyweight champion, Tyson Fury is a completely different animal when it comes to his training and work ethic. In a recent video, Fury’s cousin, Andy Lee, revealed how Fury fakes injuries to detect any moles in his camp.
“There was a couple of days where Tyson messed around, just to see if leaks would happen,” Lee told Boxing Social (Transcript via talkSPORT).

Ahead of his rematch with Deontay Wilder, it was announced that Fury had suffered an injury. Reports claimed that Fury had injured both his feet during the training camp. Surprisingly, Fury himself backed these reports.
However, It did not matter whether the “Gypsy King” was injured or not, as he put an absolute clinic on Wilder. The Brit schooled “The Bronze Bomber” and forced a corner stoppage in the seventh round.

“He feigned injury or pretended to limp a little bit after the sparring session just to see what would happen,” Lee said.
“That’s the type of level of deviousness you’re dealing with, with him. Inside his own training camp where he’ll put on a show and play-act to see if anyone talks outside the camp.

Fury will face off against Deontay Wilder for the third time. If he can retain his WBC title in that match, he will probably fight Anthony Joshua in a title unification bout. However, as of now, Fury vs Joshua is a distant reality.
Like Fury, Joshua must first defeat IBF mandatory challenger Kubrat Pulev. Moreover, WBC mandatory Dillian Whyte is demanding his shot at Fury as well. Whyte went as far as filing a lawsuit against the governing body.
