A drastic change in body weight has often become an impediment to a boxer’s performance. YouTuber turned boxer, Logan Paul has always maintained a chiseled physique throughout the majority of his career. However, he recently opened up about how his weight gain has affected his health.

The revelation took place on Twitter when the boxer replied to his bother’s tweet,

Paul’s younger brother, Jake Paul recently tweeted about standing on one’s own feet. Moreover, he also spoke about being strong enough to carry one ‘s own weight, irrespective of how heavy life gets.

Meanwhile, Paul hilariously responded by drawing comparisons to his own weight. He mentioned that he currently weighs 220 pounds. And, that his ankles have been hurting because of the same. While it was a fun interaction between the two brothers, ankle issues can be grave for athletes.

Notably, Paul weighed 189.5 lbs ahead of his fight against Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Logan Paul shows off his three-day body transformation

Logan Paul made his WWE debut at WrestleMania 38 on April 2, 2022. He teamed up with The Miz to showcase a stellar performance against Rey Mysterio and his son. However, what intrigued fans was Paul’s ‘3-day body transformation.

Paul tweeted a picture showing a significant change to his physique. And, he claimed to have followed a regimen of 100 push-ups and 100 sit-ups every day for three days in a row.

But speculations were afloat regarding the authenticity of the transformation. In fact, Paul opened up about his transformation in an interview with Ariel Helwani of ‘The MMA Hour’. He mentioned it was a joke.

Moreover, he also stated that it was his tribute to the Anime character, One Punch Man.

Paul said, “One Punch Man… is the strongest anime character ever, … he destroys everyone in one punch and everyone is like ‘how do you do it? What’s your training regimen?’ And all he does is 100 push-ups and 100 sit-ups every day and runs like, 10 miles.”
