However, Garcia has been eager to make his return to the boxing ring since his first defeat at the hands of Gervonta Davis. And after joining hands with sensational trainer Derrick James. Garcia has been determined just to do that. A recent snippet shared by ‘KingRy’ on his social media shows him training with his trainer. And, also his move has made him a part of a fraternity of boxing sensations.

Garcia took to his Instagram to share a clip of him training in the boxing gym with his trainer James.  The 24-year-old will be making his move to the 140 lbs division. And he is yet to announce his next fight. This training session has caused a stir among the fans, who are left impressed.

Michael Benson from talkSPORT took to Twitter to share a screenshot posted by Ryan Garcia on his Instagram sharing moments from his training session with Derrick James. Garcia can be seen performing mitts work.

Garica’s decision to join Derrick James has made him a part of James’s team of boxing icons including Errol Spence Jr, Anthony Joshua, and Jermell Charlo. Out of which two are reigning champions, and one is a former two-time unified champion.

Being trained by James has made Garcia a part of this roster. And many fans have high hopes for Garcia’s return. A user named Carrell Dawson is impressed by the stable James has to boast. They wrote, Helluva stable of fighters.

Cameron McCamey is pleased with Garcia’s move and has high hopes for the 24-year-old’s return to the boxing ring.

Meanwhile, one user believes that Garcia should have made this move way earlier. And should’ve joined James instead of Goossen in the first place.

A user named Gabriel called James’ roster the “Avengers”.

Another user simply believes this is a good look for Garcia.
