However, ahead of the British blockbuster, ‘The Gypsy King’, along with his promoter Frank Warren, set the rhythm of the press conference in the absence of his opponent.

However, prior to the confirmation of his clash with the mandatory challenger Whyte, the undefeated technician was keen to lock horns with the reigning Ukrainian, Oleksandr Usyk. But because of the reactivation of the rematch clause by star British heavyweight Anthony Joshua, the course of his opponent shifted to WBC interim heavyweight champion Dillian Whyte.
