Manny Pacquiao will lock horns with Errol Spence Jr. on August 21. This fight is regarded as one of the biggest in the latter’s career as he has yet to face someone as rugged and experienced as Pacquiao. That said, this contest has already sent shock waves in the entire fight world and the fans are desperate to see this clash unfold.

Not only the fans, but some boxing bigwigs too are excited about this contest. They’ve already begun picking their favorite for this battle. Recently, Jermell Charlo spoke to ESNEWS about this fight. He said, “No no no, Manny Pacquiao picked the wrong fighter to fight, and Errol was the one.”

“Errol Spence is training hard, he’s strong, he’s really about everything he says about. And he’s dedicated, he’s not the same fighter that I’ve been watching. Every time Errol gets in the ring, he shows something different.”

Earlier, Errol Spence Jr. was in talks to fight Terence Crawford. However, because of some uncertainties, this fight did not become reality. Yet, as ‘The Truth’ was eager to face someone big, he got lined up to face the veteran ‘Pac Man’.

The Filippino Senator didn’t compete for the whole of 2020, but he kept himself active with his stringent boxing regimes and more. And as soon as he got a fight offer from Spence Jr., Pacquiao grabbed it gleefully.
