The entire Fury family are ardent fans of boxing. Even Tyson’s wife Paris Fury took her fair share of interviews after Tyson Fury’s fight against Deontay Wilder on Saturday night. In one of her interviews, Paris Fury reveals what it’s like sitting ringside during one of her husband’s fights.

“Terrible, I can’t explain what goes through your mind. It’s a horrible experience for any partner to watch their partner in a fight. So it is pure dread, and me and his two brothers were sitting there clinching each other and praying at the same time. So that’s the depths it goes to.” Paris Fury said.

She also had a brief message for her husband’s opponent, Deontay ‘The Bronze Bomber’ Wilder. “I honestly can’t sum it up in words I honestly can’t. I could try. I’m just pleased that it’s all finished and done with. Hopefully, that is the end of Deontay Wilder and all his excuses and his problems. And hopefully, he settles and accepts the fact that he was a beaten man tonight.”

Tyson ‘The Gypsy King’ Fury and Wilder gave fans a fight for the ages. Fury looked like he was cruising to another win, dominating the first few rounds and knocking Wilder out in the third. However, in the fourth round, Wilder turned the tables around, knocking Fury out twice. Fury got back up, survived the round, and came back to knock Wilder out for the final time in the 11th round.

What’s next for Tyson Fury?

The WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury will now look to fight the winner of the Dillian Whyte vs Otto Wallin fight. Current WBC interim titleholder Dillian Whyte is the favorite to win that match and will probably be Fury’s next opponent. Fury has already fought Otto Wallin back in 2019 and had beaten him via a unanimous decision.

Just days before the fight, the WBC had also announced that the winner of the Fury vs Wilder fight would have to fight the mandatory challenger Dillian Whyte next. After Fury comes back from his well-earned break, he will look to finalize the deal for his second title defense.
