“I Am Crazy” – Logan Paul Explains Why He’s Fighting Floyd Mayweather

On June 6, the YouTuber turned boxer, Logan Paul will enter a massive showdown against Floyd Mayweather. The pair will take each other on in an exhibition bout and will look forward to rolling out an exemplary show for the fans.

This fight is probably the biggest bout for Logan Paul, who turned pro in 2019. Not everyone bags a fight with Floyd Mayweather at such an early stage of their careers. But ‘The Maverick’ shook the boxing world by doing just that.

Recently, Paul interacted with Showtime Sports and responded to a question claiming he was crazy for accepting this bout. He said, “It’s a great question. Why would I do something like this? Yeah, I am crazy. You know life is short. I’ve been given one. I have a vessel that is primed to fight. And I work hard as s***. So when I was blessed with the opportunity to take everything away from Floyd, I said yeah, let’s do that.”

Logan Paul has 0 professional wins until now. He is the flag bearer of celebrity boxing bouts and right from his first ring walk, the internet star has amassed extensive fame. Citing his vast fan following, Floyd Mayweather predominantly thought of taking him on in an exhibition bout.

‘Pretty Boy’ gathers countless eyeballs towards his fights. And Logan Paul’s involvement in the same would help him sell his fight beyond the boundaries. That said, this exuberant matchup has already attracted the attention of the boxing world.
