Following Gervonta Davis’ win against Mario Barrios for the WBA (regular) 140 lbs belt, his promoter, Floyd Mayweather, revealed the next steps for ‘Tank’. Per ‘TBE’, Gervonta Davis will compete against the fighters from PBC and Mayweather Promotions as of now. While it puts several fantasy fights into jeopardy, Davis vs Romero can still take place as the latter is under Mayweather Promotions.

Both the fighters come from Mayweather Promotions and currently hold impressive resumes. Although Davis’ world championship status puts him away ahead of Romero, ‘Rolly’ can still be a tough opponent.
