The duo shares a rift with each other and this just adds to the hype of this enigmatic bout. Recently, in a pre-fight interview with DAZN Boxing, Saunders painted some verbal shots at his foe, Canelo Alvarez.

He said, “I don’t give a s*** about Canelo Alvarez, not two s***s. If I win this fight, let me win this fight, let me say goodbye to my kids and I go boom! Adios. Because to me, this is legacy, it’s ain’t about money.”
The contest between Saunders and Alvarez has already sent shock waves through the fight world ever since it got announced.
More than anyone, the pair are thrilled to battle each other out to determine who the best super-middleweight is. Also, a win will guarantee either of the two an undisputed title clash against the IBF champ, Caleb Plant.
